Returns Policy

You may return or exchange your order within 7 days from the date and receipt of order. You must first contact and request a Returns Authorisation form. All return shipping charges must be pre-paid by you. Ensure that the item is returned to us in its original packaging, its original condition, and is unworn. All returned items are subject to a quality control inspection and must be received by our team within 7 days of the date of receipt for a credit note for the full purchase price amount. Any item considered faulty will be repaired and returned to you. A refund will only be given if the item is considered faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced. An exchange/refund will not be accepted for change of mind purposes or when the gown has been worn. As each gown is made to your order, we are unable to exchange your order for a different size. So please ensure that you use our sizing guide when placing your order. Please feel free to contact a local dressmaker for slight alterations. (eg: hem length and other minor alterations).
