Checking your order status

You will receive an email from us once you have placed an order. If you do not receive a confirmation email please contact us directly at admin@annetteofmelbournecouture.com.au.

Please put your name and order number as the subject heading.

Australian shipping

We have made the ordering process easy by offering complimentary express DHL shipping with all Annette of Melbourne website orders.

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

From the moment the order leaves our warehouse, the following delivery time frames apply:

  • Metro areas: 1–2 business days
  • Regional areas: 2–3 business days
  • Metro Areas include: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Perth, Adelaide, Darwin, and Hobart.

Once orders are processed and made in our salon your parcel will be dispatched note timeframes above are given are an estimate only.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes and every order requires a signature upon delivery. As every gown is made specifically for you, please allow 4-6 weeks for each gown to be made prior to being dispatched from our salon.

International shipping

We have made the ordering process easy by offering complimentary express DHL international shipping with all Annette of Melbourne website orders.

International Shipping Timeframes

  • Asia: 2-4 business days
  • USA & Canada: 2-5 business days
  • Europe: 3-7 business days
  • Middle East: 3-5 business days
  • New Zealand: 2-3 business days
  • South America: 4-10 business days

Please note duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking queries

To track your order please email us at admin@annetteofmelbournecouture.com.au with your name, contact number and invoice number or alternatively track your parcel using your DHL tracking number.

Packaging

All Annette of Melbourne items are packaged in a signature ANNETTE OF MELBOURNE box before being shipped to you.

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. Once your order has been received and signed for at the specified shipping address, any liabilities due to loss or damage are not the responsibility of Annette of Melbourne E-Boutique.

Please note that prior to dispatch each gown is inspected for quality and imperfections and a certificate of inspection will be included in the shipment. This is to ensure that each gown will leave our salon in perfect condition prior to shipment.
